


Backyard Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
1-½ cups KC Masterpiece® Honey Barbecue Sauce
1 rack (1-¾ lbs.) baby back pork ribs
cup beer
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
Preparation
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
Bring water to boil in large stock pot; add ribs and simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; set aside. Remove ribs from water and pat dry; place on grill over hot Kingsford® Charcoal briquets. Grill about 10 minutes, turning and basting frequently with sauce mixture.
